Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened butter, mix well. Connect the flour with the baking powder. Add the starch. Mixture mix well. Add this mixture to the butter-egg mixture.

In a muffin tin greased with oil, put the dough to 1/2 the height of the forms. Apples cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Lay the apples, starting from the edge, slightly overlap each other like rose petals. The top sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180 degrees.

Muffins are ready remove from the oven. Cool and remove from molds.
