Wonderful cakes-"shells" baked with cream and prunes. Try it, very tasty. Huge gratitude to the author of my household for such a delicious dessert! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user zmeiyka2008 called "Shells" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

In this recipe I made such changes: added a packet of vanillin and changed the amount of flour. In the original recipe the author writes that it is necessary to take 2 cups of flour, but the amount of butter and sour cream 2 cups flour was not enough, so I had to add more. I'm still in the batter 0,5 stack. sugar. So, in a deep dish mix the egg yolks, softened butter, sour cream, vanilla extract and 0.5 Cup sugar.
Add flour and soda, mixed with pineapple and quenched with water. Knead soft dough and leave it for 30 minutes on the table, sprinkled with flour.
Then divide the dough into 20-22 balls.
Prunes mince or finely chop. Proteins vzbit with 1 glass of sugar, adding it a spoonful.
Each ball to roll out or knead by hand on a table, in the center put a small spoonful of the cream and prunes.
Fold in half and in half again to make a "shell". Place the éclairs on a greased baking sheet and place in preheated oven.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Came out very tasty, soft and delicious brownies-the"shells"!
