-Lubricate one end of the rectangle with beaten egg and roll up to make loaf
-Cut the roll into small pieces (3-4 cm wide) -Place on a baking sheet -Brush the top with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds -Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 deg. 10-15 minutes
