Description
With this cake I have the fondest memories. First, with him I (once very inexperienced cook) the beginning of their acquaintance with cakes, I want to see sooo well. Second, it turns out a hundred times out of a hundred, and never get nervous that the dough will fall or will be tasteless. Well, and thirdly, I eat it only in the wonderful company of family and friends, even if unexpected guests always have time to bake... Try?

Cooking
For the test margarine (room temperature) and beat on high speed with a mixer until a soft mass. Gradually mixed the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt. I sometimes add a few drops of lemon juice (optional). When we obtain a homogeneous elastic mass, add eggs (each egg is approximately half a minute).
Mix the flour with baking powder, sift through a sieve and portions along with the milk should be mixed with the oil weight on medium speed of mixer. The dough should barely pull away from a spoon.
The dough is spread in a split mold, smooth level. Cherries wash, dry, remove the bones and spread on the dough in the form of a crown. P. S. Since I baked the cake many times, I can safely say: fruits and berries you can add ANY. Be guided by Your taste preferences or what is available. I used strawberries, raspberries, apples, apricots, peaches, pears (fruits were cored, peel, cut thin slices and laid out like a fan). The form put in the oven without preheating and bake at a temperature of 160 degrees 40-50 minutes.
Take out the cake from the mold, allow to cool. You can decorate with icing sugar.
