Cooking
1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy 2. Stir in the sour cream, softened butter. 3. Pour dissolved in 0.5 cups of milk coffee. 4. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla (you can add more cocoa or cinnamon). 5. Add soda, quenched with vinegar 6. Add flour until the consistency of sour cream (I took 2 cups). 7. Add the finely chopped chocolate (raisins, nuts). Mix well. 8. Spread in a greased form and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes
To make the sauce. 1 teaspoon of starch diluted in 30 ml of milk 0.5 glass of milk mixed with 3-4 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp cinnamon and bring to a boil. Add starch, mix and again bring to boil. Cool. The finished cake can be cut and sprinkled with the sauce or pierce it in several places and pour the sauce.
