Vegetable rice salad with green beans
Bright and healthy spring salad. Recipe taken from "the Calendar of the Orthodox Housewives in 2009"

Ingredients

    100 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

For this salad I chose basmati rice from the Mistral, the taste and aroma of I was just fascinated and came here perfect. Rice and beans boil until done, I did it in a double boiler.

My tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Pepper wash, remove seeds and cut into. Salad wash and tear the hands (this best fit iceberg lettuce, but the closest store is a rarity, unfortunately). Mix all ingredients, add lemon juice and salt, or a little pepper to taste add. Stir again and fill the salad with olive oil.
