Marshmallows with beans
Zephyr turns fluffy, soft and fragrant. When you add pureed beans creamy marshmallow becomes less sickly sweet, has a pleasant structure that you will experience when you bite dessert. And sweet useless product for the body enriching the content of vegetable protein.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    700 g

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Citric acid

    0.5 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    30 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

Beans boil 1 hour.

Remove the skins and puree them in a blender. A lot of this sort turns out tender, creamy
