Chicken fillet in curry sauce
Another dish of chicken. Tasty and simple. Quickly prepared. The chicken turns out juicy, not dry. I advise you to pay attention to novice cooks. Sauce based on the recipe from the magazine "Liza".

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fry flour on a dry pan on low heat for about 3 minutes without changing color, stirring.

Chicken fillet cut into cubes 1, 5-2 cm, salt, pepper, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

While fried fillet, separately fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown on medium heat.

In a glass of milk, stir 1 tablespoon roasted flour to avoid lumps. Add in fried chicken onion, curry powder (I put 1 teaspoon and the recipe stated 2 teaspoons) and milk with flour. Mix well.

Saute all on low heat two minutes, stirring, until thickened sauce.

Good served with boiled new potatoes.
