Green asparagus with pesto sauce

Because it can eat without fear to get better. Also, asparagus lowers blood pressure, stimulates heart activity, useful in diseases of the kidneys, anemia and diabetes, rheumatism.   • Asparagus

    1 kg

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Asparagus clean.

And boil in salted water with a small addition of sugar (12-15 minutes).

The water is drained and spread the asparagus in the heated pan and lightly fry without adding oil (about 5 min).
