Custard cupcake
Easy to make cupcake with a pronounced flavor of cinnamon. The aroma of winter with a hot Cup of tea!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 piece

  • Dried fruits

To start sift the flour with the baking powder, add cinnamon, zest of half a lemon. At this stage you can add your favorite dried fruits. I had some raisins. :-)

On a steam bath (with a small amount of boiling water) whisk over steam the eggs and sugar white. The original recipe says 220 g icing sugar. I took 1 Cup of sugar for lack of the first, but it turned out, in my opinion sweet. So less..

Continuing to whisk, pours small portions of our flavorful meal. Doing this for a couple.

The resulting dough pour in greased with butter form and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven. The authors propose to forget about our cupcake for 40 minutes, but my oven is a lot. It took me 25 minutes somewhere.

The cake turned out fluffy, tasty, fragrant! However it quickly dries up. So you should immediately eat or impregnate anything. Next time soak the lemon syrup or add some cream.
