Description

Bagels
Bublichki very gentle. Yeast, puff pastry simply crumbles in your mouth. Recipe shared by my aunt from Zhytomyr (for which many thanks to her). Bake quickly, it turns a lot, and most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Margarine

    650 g

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Sifted flour to grind with margarine (I used margarine rubbed on a grater). Add the sour cream.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar and give ten minutes to stand up. The yeast will begin to "play". Pour them into the dough...

...mix and knead well. It turns out soft, elastic dough that does not stick to hands.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 7 mm and cut bagels. A glass squeeze round, and something smaller(I used a measuring Cup that went to a children's medication)to squeeze out a second circle inside the first.

Bake in preheated oven at t 180 degrees. Baking time not writing(different oven), but you will see. The main thing not to overdo, not to fry.

The finished bagels are still hot sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
