Grilled salad
This salad once saw on TV. Can't even remember what program. But I immediately liked it, and I often cooked outdoors.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

  • Parsley

Aubergines cut into slices thickness of about 1 cm

Pour about 5 tbsp of soy sauce, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes
