Carrot-ginger smoothie
This wonderful, wholesome smoothies and composition, and color - reminiscent of autumn! No longer bright, juicy berries... but there is red and gold colors in nature. I suggest you try this creamy to store power and energy for the coming autumn!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    10 g

  • Orange juice

    500 ml

  • Lemon juice

    50 ml

  • Cream

  • Honey

  • Raisins

    50 g

Apple, carrot, ginger - peel, finely cut and loaded in blender.

Flakes pour in the orange juice and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes. I use whole grain rolled oats from TM "Mistral". A wonderful, quality product.

Then, the present cereals with juice pour into a blender, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and whisk until smooth. Add the taste liquid honey and stir.

If you want you can add a little cream.

And you can serve it with raisins and oatmeal! With raisins - very tasty! Good luck autumn!
