Delicate jelly-a taste of baked milk, sour cream and cherry juice.. a reminder of the evening after a hot summer day.. Cooked in a cake tin.

Ingredients

  • Juice

    1 l

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

Gelatin know from experience freezes in different ways... so as not to risk if you are not sure, it will increase the amount of gelatin grams per 10

Dissolve the gelatine in very little water. mix the sour cream with milk, add sugar, Dissolve gelatin combine equal parts of juice and milk

Fill the first layer (top of jelly) juice of cherries and bring to a cold or refrigerate for 15 minutes

Then a layer of milk. Again cools - gelled and so alternating layers we pour until the milk and juice

When the jelly has stiffened, we wetted the form of hot water and dump it on a dish-here is our dessert!
