Ingredients

  • Lamb

    2 kg

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Mutton wash and grind in a meat grinder along with the bacon. Add the finely chopped herbs, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let stand for 40 minutes. Then make long cutlets (well to repel before). Strung on skewers (very quietly, if you will spank they will hang). Serve with vegetables. Bon appetit!
