Cooking
Let's start with marinating pork. Pickling by any means, but I will offer one of the options.
Pork tenderloin cut into pieces with a size of 3x3 cm.
In a bowl pour oil, Martini, add the dry marinade and mix well
add pork, stir and put into the fridge for at least 3 hours.
The juice of half a lemon, soy sauce and a little vegetable mix in a bowl
Chicken fillet cut into small strips. Mix with the marinade and sent to accompany the pork :)
In a fondue pot pour oil to 1/2 tank and heated it on the stove to boil. Then put it on a stand and light the alcohol burner.
Pinned to the fork a meat of our choice and dip in the butter (it must boil)
Literally 30 seconds - done! To avoid burns, it is better to remove the meat to a plate and the fork to cook the next batch. Serve with fresh salad and garlic or spicy bread. Don't forget about the paper napkins. Bon appetite and good night!
