Chicken in a marinade of yogurt and coriander
Marinating in buttermilk makes the meat tender and soft, and the taste of the herbs gets more crowded. Simple in execution and very tasty! I recommend frying the chicken on the grill, so they taste best, but if the grill is missing - no worries, the chicken is perfectly baked in the oven, as I have-in sleeve.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Yogurt

  • Seasoning

  • Coriander

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

slice the carrots and cucumbers to put in a sleeve

Incision of tibia...(skin, optional you can remove) mix all Other ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken, stir, cover the bowl with film and put in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally

after marinating put the drumsticks on the vegetables in the sleeve and put into the oven for 20-30 minutes at t 160 With the Finished chicken extremely flavorful... on the side we had pasta....
