Description

Appetizer of mackerel, with carrots and onions
Spicy fish appetizer. Also great to be combined with boiled potatoes. In this recipe, the mackerel can be replaced by a herring.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mackerel clean, gut, remove skin, cut into smaller pieces.

Onion cut into half rings. And fry in vegetable oil.

To the onions add the carrots, grated on a large grater, to fry.

Add the tomato paste and fry.

Add seasoning for Korean carrot. Mix well.

In a deep dish, lay the mackerel and put the vegetable sauté. Leave to infuse for 30-40 minutes.

Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to the finished dish.
