Description

Salad
The taste of the cheese and juicy Apple perfectly complemented by crunchy roasted almonds. Perfect as spreads on a slice of crispy baguette or for stuffing tomatoes - cheese-a real pleasure! We have become accustomed to a cheese appetizer with walnuts. Replace them with almonds, will get a completely different taste. The recipe has been proofread by me in the magazine "Love to cook", but there he was positioned as a cheese dessert. Prepared exactly according to the specified recipe, I realized that the taste I don't like. Maybe the Apple was not as required. Had to make some adjustments, but the result I was very pleased.

Cooking

step-0
1. A simple set of products: cheese, Apple, almonds, mayonnaise, lemon. This was the source of the recipe. In the end, I added a clove of garlic.
step-1
2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, Apple peel and cut into strips. I took a grater of börner, with her to make it easier and faster. 3. Almond scald, peel and lightly fry. I'm a pretty big cut plates, tried to portray the petals, but not too successfully. You can use a blender. :-)
step-2
4. Mix the ingredients, pour a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and mayonnaise. The original recipe was over and offered enjoyed the "Cheese dessert". But after trying that out, I realized - I don't like. The almond is sweet, cheese is good, but apparently the Apple was not entirely successful - sour. So I decided to add a clove of garlic and have not regretted. This salad is perfect for stuffing tomatoes or as a pasta diner for a sandwich. A replacement of walnuts to almonds is gorgeous - completely different nutty taste. Apple gives a juicy, garlic - spiced.
