Description

Hot chocolate with chilli
I found this recipe called "Chocolate of the Aztecs". Digging into the history of chocolate, found out that indeed according to one version, the inventors of the chocolate drink was just the Aztecs, but the pepper was unknown in the New world before the conquest by Spain. Therefore, this drink may not have traditionally Aztec roots. So pepper left, a name change and offer you very tasty and spicy drink. Do not be afraid of the presence of hot pepper, all danger disappears (thanks to the milk, apparently), but remains a very interesting velvety taste.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.66 cup

  • Vanilla

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    45 g

Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan, place the chilli, poltrock of vanilla and cinnamon. Cover with milk and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for a few minutes. I was afraid that the drink will be very sharp and took half the chili pepper. But I want to assure you that familiar to us the Hotness will not be, it apparently suppresses the milk, so feel free to use the whole pepper.
step-1
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until it is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
step-2
Filter and, if necessary, again heat. Bon appetit!
