Cooking
From the above quantity of ingredients is obtained, a modest cake, very simple but beautiful and delicious. Form 18 cm, can be split. I give the basic recipe you can add their favorite condiments: vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other flavorings.
Eggs with sugar beat until smooth, lush texture.
I do this in a water bath, it is quite easy, if next to the stove there is a socket where you can include a mixer/blender with a whisk.
Flour mixed with baking powder and to gently introduce the egg mass.
Form of grease with butter or cover with parchment. It is convenient to use the oil at room temperature, then it is easy brush to distribute the form.
Dough to shift into the form below it is about 2 fingers did not reach to the top.
Bake at 180 deg. until ready, for me, the process took 15 minutes. to check torch, dry - ready!
After baking, cool the cake, it is convenient to do this by flipping the cakes in the shape of upside down and leave on the grill, the biscuit is quite easily removed from the mold.
Biscuit then place it back in any form for baking. Lubricate the stuffing, in my case it is peanut butter.
Whites with powdered sugar until soft peaks, spread on top of filling.
Bake until meringue is browned, reddened - ready! Meringue will not be crispy, it will stay creamy consistely.
The filling does not spread, all neatly holds its shape. A very delicate result, Bon appetit!
