Description
Cool treat for a hot coffee. Prepared simply and quickly as a normal sponge cake, but it takes time to freeze. A layer of ice cream between the cakes (which need freezing) is "highlight& amp;quot; this cake - rave reviews from guests and family are guaranteed.

Cooking
The oven heat to 190*C. Prepare the products for the cake.
Eggs and egg yolk vzbit with 1 pinch of salt and sugar in a thick creamy mass.
The top sift the flour, starch and baking powder. Gently stir in one direction. I used corn starch because I don't like potato in the dough.
A ring-shaped cake pan (3 litres) of grease. Pour the batter and bake 25-30 minutes. In the gas oven I baked 30 minutes at 190*.
While the cake is baking, make ice cream. Strawberries blend with 130 g of powdered sugar (who doesn't like a bone - wipe through a sieve). I had a frozen strawberry puree from your garden through a sieve did not wipe, pre-thawed and combined with powdered sugar.
Protein vzbit with 1 pinch of salt and while whisking, to introduce the remaining 20 g of powdered sugar.

Whipped protein and berry puree mix with the cream.
Ready cake remove from oven and leave for 5 minutes. Then remove and allow to cool. Form wash, it is still useful.

To finish the biscuit crust (do not grease). Remove in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
30 minutes before serving to get the cake. 100 ml heavy cream whipped with 1 tbsp icing sugar until thick. Overturn the cake onto a plate (remember to remove the tape).
Coat the cake with cream and decorate. I just poured the syrup. BON APPETIT!
