Cooking
Boil the rice until tender in lightly salted water. When the rice has cooled slightly, add the raisins (dried apricots), honey and softened butter, stir. For this recipe you can use any rice, this time I was prepared with a mix of aromatic basmati and wild.
Apples wash, cut off the lid and with a spoon remove the core, leaving only the walls. Slice the Apple core into small pieces and add to the rice.
Sprinkle the bottom and sides of Apple cups with cinnamon and fill them with rice up the middle, then in each Apple, place one pitted prunes (prunes inside, you can put a nut) and fill to the top with rice.
Sprinkle rice with cinnamon, cover with the lids of the apples, put up in forms - portions or one big one and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at T 180C.
For the sauce whisk the sour cream with brown sugar.
5 minutes before end of cooking, remove the apples and brush them with honey.
