Cake
Today I wanted to cook something for tea, something simple, not samukange and mild. I wandered around the Internet and found this recipe. The cake was very good, but not cloying, tender, flavorful and very easy to prepare. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    370 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Butter

    240 g

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Nutella

    5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Vanilla

Biscuits crushed with a rolling pin.

Melt the butter, add the crushed biscuits, cocoa. Mix well. Put in a detachable mould, tamping well and making a small border. (I have a form with a diameter of 20-21 cm)

Our foundations lay a smooth layer of Nutella. Put into the refrigerator for 10 min.

Bananas cut into 4 pieces and then each piece cut lengthwise.

Fry in butter with sugar on both sides.

Place the bananas on Nutella.

Vzbit cream with powdered sugar until stable peaks.

Gelatin pour 3 tbsp. boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes On the fire, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Cool slightly and pour into the whipped cream. Mix well.

Using a pastry syringe to "close" our banana layer. Remove the cake in the fridge for a few hours.
