Bagels
Simple and quick to prepare bagels.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    190 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Jam

Margarine cut into pieces to quickly become soft

Milk and yeast mix and add to the softened margarine, add vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out into two circles
