Our Breakfast is not always at a cozy table, sometimes we have to eat Breakfast on the road. I always pre-bake the muffins. Today is a very fragrant, with buckwheat and oat cereals, healthy and tasty. A thermos of hot tea and a few biscuits, snack and more in the way of the track.

Cooking
The dough I kneaded in the bread machine. Lay the ingredients on the instructions : milk, whey. Measure and add the buckwheat flakes. Their application is always very flavorful cakes.
