Chicken legs stuffed with rice with a vegetable sauce
Preparing this dish very quickly. It turns out balanced, succulent lunch or dinner. It's simple and very tasty

Pre-boil the rice. For this dish I used a rice "Kuban" from the Mistral

Chicken drumsticks (no bones) to coat with spices (I Adygei salt) and fill with boiled rice. Edge of the tibia can be secured with toothpick. Fry the drumsticks in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.

The vegetables should be cleaned from stalks and seeds and cut into cubes.

Put vegetables in a bowl multivarki. Season to taste. You can optionally add the tomato juice (this is optional). On top of the vegetables put the fried drumsticks. Set mode "Fighting" 50 minutes
