Cooking
Onions and garlic grind in a blender.
Roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds coarsely chopped with a knife.
In a large bowl combine: minced meat, pumpkin seeds, almonds, egg, cornmeal, onion, salt and spices to taste.
Mix into a homogeneous mass and roll into balls.
In the bowl multivarki put the balls, sprinkle generously with olive oil.
The slow cooker put the baking program at 50 minutes
