Mushroom burgers
Lying around in my freezer a bag of mushrooms. Not noble white, and every collection. And I decided to make them burgers! A funky thing happened with the sour cream to eat as a separate dish, but you can with charming mashed potatoes. Well, ochchen delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mushrooms thaw, drain and mince together with onion.

Add egg, soaked in milk and squeezed bread, salt, pepper, herbs ( preferably fresh, but I didn't have and I put dried parsley and dill). Mix well. The stuffing turned out watery, and I added a couple tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

Allow to stand 10 minutes so the breadcrumbs have swelled, and fry like regular cakes.

Here such turned out burgers, when greens are fresh, then work on the cut is beautiful, with little green dots. This looks yummy I ate with sour cream, and my children with pureskill.
