Salad of purslane
Light salad and, most importantly, easy!!

Ingredients

  • Purslane

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

carefully wash the leaves of the purslane (semizotu)

In a separate bowl yogurt, garlic, mayonnaise and salt to mix. Add small chopped pieces of purslane

Put the salad on a dish and pour a thin mixture of olive oil and pulbiber (red hot peppers)
