Salad of Chinese cabbage with mushrooms and nuts
Fresh salad with fried mushrooms and chopped nuts.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    250 g

  • Cashews

    70 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

Cooking

To chop the cabbage.

Nuts to chop, fry on a dry frying pan, stirring often, 2 minutes.

Fry in butter the diced onion.

Add to the onions mushrooms, cut into slices and fry until cooked. Cool.

To combine Chinese cabbage and fried mushrooms, add nuts, salt, sprinkle with pepper, mix well. For dressing combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dress a salad, if the salad seems dry, add more olive oil. Let stand for 15-25 minutes and serve.
