Description

Salad with tuna and fennel
Already quite a while in the supermarkets looked at the fennel, but didn't buy. And today it is the "hour X" - I bought it together with my favorite tuna. First my husband suspiciously smelled this strange product - fennel is not very popular in our corner of the beast, but the salad sucked down with obvious pleasure. In short, we liked it! So all fans of fennel - I at the light. And those who never tried too go! Suddenly it's worth a try and maybe even like?

  • Fennel

    1 piece

step-0
Tomato cut into thin slices
step-1
That's actually a tuber ( or bulb, I don't know how to) the fennel I had
step-2
Cut it into thin half-rings
step-3
I had red onion, with it's more colorful and the taste of it, I think, softer. It is also cut into thin half-rings.
step-4
With tuna drain off liquid and mash the pieces with a fork. We put our ingredients in a salad bowl.
step-5
Washed and dried lettuce torn into small pieces, add the rest, add salt to taste and gently stir.

Dressed with vinegar and olive oil. Here's a quick and easy salad came out...with fresh bread with a crispy crust...mmm! All a pleasant appetite!
