Bean salad with tuna
A light and tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Tuna

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Lettuce

  • Vinegar

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

Tuna chop (I had a salad - so it was not necessary).

Bell peppers wash and cut into cubes. Onions to clear, cut half rings and marinate in a little water with vinegar and sugar. Squeeze the onion, add chili powder.

Canned beans rinse, because it improves taste and reduced in sodium. Mix beans, onion, pepper and tuna. Add the parsley and stir. Season with olive oil.
