Description
This tasty dish is in the original that I try so far has failed, so without hesitation I made some kind of its variation. The family was thrilled!

Cooking
This is the basic set of products. Lamb /perfect beef to marinate in the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman", you can optionally slightly prisolit and sprinkle with hot red pepper.
Onion finely chopped and divided into 3 parts. One part with the meat fry in the slow cooker, then set the mode "Stewing" the meat and simmer in its own juice 2.5 hours. The second part to marinate, or simply scalded with boiling water and sprinkle with grape vinegar. The third part of onions fry until Golden brown. Pasta /they should be made from durum wheat, or homemade/ boil until al dente.
After simmering the meat itself fell off the bone, and it soaked a terrific onion flavor. In the photo the meat is freed from all bones.
You can now assemble the dish, and this should be done very quickly, K. K. lamb best eaten very hot. At the bottom of a large dish place a layer of pasta and sprinkle with fried onions.

And completes the entire structure a layer of pickled onions and chopped greens.
We were not only delicious, but very tasty! This is a dish I prepared at the request of her husband, who once served in the army in Northern Kazakhstan and of course always remember beshbarmak.
