This dish I learned to cook in-law, and they call it "dumplings from boiled potatoes." But, of course, all now say that it is not dumplings, and pancakes or something... Maybe someone knows how this dish is called right? But what to call it, the dish was nonetheless tasty)) we Have a family of such "dumpling" restaurant, usually for some holidays or feast. Cooking
Boiled in their skins peel the potatoes
Scroll through a meat grinder together with the raw onion
