Potatoes with chanterelle mushrooms... Immediately begins salivating... the Combination is awesome. Simple and delicious, but here, each family have their own " secret ingredient." I cook, as did my grandmother. To me, it's potatoes-perfect!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Wash and slice the chanterelles in Smaller pieces. Put in water add salt and Bay leaf. Bring to boil and drain the water.

Meanwhile you need to fry the onion in the olive (vegetable) oil. Add the mushrooms and stir. After 5 minutes add the potatoes (sliced) and stir. Cover with a lid. The first 15 minutes to cook so that the potatoes are softened.

Remove the cover and fry without it for another 10-15 minutes. Add the butter and squeeze the garlic. Mix well and fry until a beautiful Golden color!

Garlic steamed and will leave a pleasant aroma!!! The butter will soften all the flavors and makes the dish amazingly tender!
