Good day to all the cooks! This is my debut on the Cook, so please do not judge very strictly ))) This recipe I saw a long time ago in the program "Smak&q uot;, when it was led by Andrei Makarevich, who cooked, I don't remember... Once I tried to cook, and since it is a favorite dish of our family. Children are constantly asked to cook a "tasty fish" and the daughter, when married, now prepares it for his family. Cooked very simply, quickly, and it turns out very tasty )))

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

Fish to clean, rinse, dry with a cloth, season with salt and pepper outside and inside of the abdomen

Greens, onion, garlic, finely chopped

Fill the belly of each fish with greens first, then add the onion and garlic on top, that's how it looks after stuffing
