Beet salad with seaweed

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Sea Kale

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beets wash and bake or boil until tender. Eggs to cook and clean.

Peel and chop the onion.

Eggs cut into slices

Beets, too, cut into strips

In the Cup to combine grainy mustard, creamy horseradish and olive oil. Stir well until smooth.

In a bowl combine all the ingredients, pour the dressing and stir.
