Salad
This salad I've had in any Italian restaurant, I love it. Hearty and fresh, come visit.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Onion cut into half rings and marinate in balsamic vinegar.

Eggplant and zucchini cut into plates. Mix the butter with aromatic salt and Premesti with vegetables.

Sauté the vegetables on the grill or baked in the oven. Cut into large pieces.

Wash lettuce and arugula. Lettuce coarsely pick. Tomatoes cut into circles. Mix the salad leaves with tomatoes, marinated onions, beans and sliced eggplant and zucchini. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil, salt to taste. Our salad is ready! Bon appetit!
