Description
Paella is probably the most famous dish of Spanish cuisine. Cooking options there is a great variety, however, the Spaniards never combine with paella and meat or fish poultry, and fish, there are no such traditions. There is paella with beef, poultry, rabbit, squid, and even vegetarian paella with a rat... water, of course, which lives in the lake of Albufera, near Valencia, in a perfectly clean environment. Cooking
For the paella is the best Arborio rice.
In olive oil sauté the onions and garlic.
Add the chopped squid, shrimp and mussels and cook, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the wine, allow to evaporate the alcohol.
Saffron dissolve in water and pour into the pan. Add chopped tomato, mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, gently mix, and pour all the broth. ***For beauty, I caught the shrimp and put them on top.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then leave under cover for a few minutes.
Serve paella with lemon and parsley directly in the pan, but you can put it on plates.
