Creamy hearts sauteed in pesto sauce
Tasty, tender and very flavorful hearts, will not leave anyone indifferent. Hearty dish with the smell of spring!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    0.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pesto

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Water

    200 ml

Cooking

Hearts rinse and dry.

Fry in vegetable oil. To get.

Onions and carrots to clean. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater.

starch (better rastirat it prior in cold water). Mix thoroughly.

Put the hearts. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5min. Salt, pepper.

Infuse and serve with potatoes, pasta or rice.
