Today I suggest You to try an unusual dish. The beans for this recipe turns out incredibly rich flavor. Sweet, almost glazed with light coffee flavor, it will be able to diversify Your Lenten table. The dish is, just say, not quick cooking)) first we need to soak white beans for 8-10 hours. I took the beans, Blanche TM Mistral, it is great as a side dish, remains quite dense after cooking. If You like it chewy, take, for example, Lima beans.

Yes, there is such a thing in the US) And a recipe from an American book. The book I have and the coffee is no such... So I just made a Cup of strong espresso.

And of course you need to chop the vegetables. About paprika: the recipe is Jalapeno, it is very spicy Mexican pepper. You can use red chili, chili, and I took a Bulgarian, because is not friendly with spicy dishes.

Now bring everything to a boil and stir.
