Stuffed chicken breast with Parma ham
Chicken is one of my favorite, I think products. Today let's try a variant of the stuffed Breasts from Gordon Ramsay. Very tasty, tender and, in my opinion, spicy. Come on, have a treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Sage

    8 piece

  • Ricotta

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ham

    8 slice

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    1 handful

This recipe is the same as the previous will not frighten You with lots of ingredients. Main course — chicken breast. It should be cleaned, if necessary, cut off excess fat and cut with a sharp knife, as accurately as possible, in the manner of a book (see photo). Prepare the rest of the ingredients. We will need: olive oil, ricotta, thyme, Parma ham and sage leaves. Plus of course salt and pepper.

On a cutting Board, stack the overlapping 2 pieces of ham, a leaf of sage and a chicken breast. Of course, breast may differ in size, looking at the situation: maybe You will have 6 rolls, and can be 2 — push off the weight.

Prepare the filling for rolls: finely chop 4 sage leaves and mix with the ricotta, seasoning with salt and pepper. In the center of our future roll put ¼ of the mixture of ricotta with sage.

CAREFULLY join the edges, turning roll, the wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees, get our convolution from the fridge. In a frying pan with a thick bottom (ideally without plastic parts, so you can put in oven) heat the olive oil, well heated, put the rolls and fry them on all sides for 2 minutes until Golden brown.

The switch off the plate on each roll and add a few sprigs of thyme, if necessary, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. When you press the rolls should be tight, not to bounce.
