Buckwheat pancakes with salmon and sauce
Make these pancakes always on carnival, but only on carnival, once a year! Insanely delicious, but baking them - not for the faint of heart! The fact is that these pancakes, unlike buckwheat flour, a very delicate, fragile, they are very hard to turn. But those who ate buckwheat pancakes, you know that it's worth it! Is to stand at the stove, to suffer, to then enjoy the unforgettable taste of these pancakes!

  • Buckwheat flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

First you need to brine the salmon. I took the frozen pieces. very conveniently, it is already sliced, no need to cut, and the price is much cheaper. Salmon to defrost, add the chopped dill, half of the beam.

To prepare the dough. Sift buckwheat and wheat flour. Wheat - 2 tablespoons is added only to give at least some adhesiveness test, as in buckwheat gluten is absent. In the sifted flour add sugar, salt, eggs. In a glass of warm milk dissolve yeast, add to the dough. Mix well and bring to the desired consistency, adding warm water (about 1/2 Cup or a little more). Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

To fry the pancakes. The dough fills the pan pretty bad, it is easier to fry small pancakes in a small frying pan. Or on the crêpe maker.
