Description
For people born in Kazakhstan this dish *Chuck-CHUCK* is a must on the tables, especially on national holidays. And I also try to always stick to this tradition (although now living in Greece but born in fact in Kazakhstan)

Cooking
Eggs, brandy and flour knead the dough. Divided into several parts, that was easy to roll out and then on the table.
When we roll out the dough (thickness of 2-3 ml.) on the table, then cut it into such pieces, that was easy to cut.
With a knife cut the dough here on these little pieces (the smaller the pieces are, the easier they will be to collect in a pile)
Send our pieces to fry in oil parts (during cooking they swell, so don't aspire to faster and more of them to put into the cauldron). Just lightly fry in butter - so it's ready and you can pull it off.
Spread on a napkin to stack the excess fat.
Slightly chop the nuts (I used peanuts, since there was walnuts)
From sugar and honey, boil the syrup
To the syrup I add nuts to they're everywhere then distributed.
When syrup is ready - pour it into our toasted pieces of dough and mix well ( the syrup should be distributed everywhere). Stacked *Chuck - Chuck* that's the way and wait until it cools down and syrupy slices of good *grab*)
