Salad
A delicious salad that will not add to your waist a single extra inch!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Dressing

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.333 coup

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Chicken fillet boil in salted water until tender. Leave to cool in the broth. So meat will be more juicy. Tomato and cut in slices.

Cucumber wash and cut into strips.

2 tbsp low fat soft cheese and 1 tbsp Maggi filling for the pickle that's substitution for mayonnaise. If desired, add a pinch of black pepper.

Chicken breast cut into cubes with sides about 1 cm onto the ring.

Grease sauce.

Lay out slices of tomatoes, again lubricated sauce.

Put sliced cucumber and lubricated with the remaining sauce. On top sprinkle finely chopped dill.
