  • Radishes

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

Pre-cook potatoes, cool and peel. Radish and cucumber wash, trim the stems.

Chop the vegetables slices, 3 -5 mm, cucumbers and radishes lightly prisolit. It will add vegetables flexibility.

Onions, wash, chop finely.

Vegetables to lay out on a dish, alternating. Soy sauce mixed with aromatic sunflower oil.

Sprinkle the vegetables with herbs and spices. Cover with the sauce.
