Salad with fried cheese and vegetables
A delicious light and hearty salad with simple ingredients. It may be cooked very quickly and a grilled cheese with a simple salad makes are incredible! The recipe is from the magazine " Bon appetit ".

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil, salted and a little pepper.

Cut tomatoes into quarters and pepper strips.
