Simple, bright, easy salad, which is nice variety to your table. Cheese salad with beetroot and "Belebeevsky" brand cheese from Belebeevsky dairy plant "the holiday" can save you, when the feast was only a matter of minutes.

Cooking
Boil beetroot, cool. Grate on a coarse grater.
To prepare the salad I used brand cheese "experts" from Belebeevsky dairy plant. In this branded cheese to fully embody the best characteristics of the classic formation of cheese. Cheese RUB on a medium grater.
Put in a bowl the grated beets and cheese"experts". Add the chopped prunes and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Put in a bowl.
