Cooking

step-0
In a small saucepan put 2 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 4 tablespoons milk. Heat all, stirring constantly, over low heat, bring to boil and cook 4 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. The chocolate base is ready, let cool to 35 degrees. You can put the saucepan in a bowl of cold water.
step-1
For this cookie, use brown sugar Mistral.
step-2
Sunflower seeds grind in a coffee grinder.
step-3
In another bowl, 200 gr of butter eggs with 120 gr sugar. Add 1 egg, grind in a coffee grinder nuts, vanilla and 1 tbsp. of cocoa and 20 grams of dark rum (or brandy) - all mix well, gradually add flour and soda, slaked vinegar.
step-4
Mix well.
step-5
To connect with chocolate base.
step-6
To make nekrutoe dough, but that it does not stick to hands. The finished dough to put on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
step-7
For baking cookies I took silicone molds for small pastry or chocolate. Take the dough out of the fridge, make small balls and tightly fill the molds to 2/3 of its volume. If you do not use the form, then roll a sausage with a diameter not exceeding 3 cm and cut with a knife 2-3 cm pieces, place on a sheet covered with baking paper and put in oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
step-8
The biscuits are ready.
step-9
After baking I am in the middle of each cookie, put a drop of cocoa liquor. Biscuits turns out very fragrant, crisp outside, soft inside! This recipe invented by me, all matches are random.
